Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia opened a branch warehouse in Brunswick in 2010. This additional warehouse has enabled the food bank to better serve the community of southeast Georgia by providing more fresh and frozen food to our partner agencies. The Southeast Branch of  Second Harvest serves the counties of Brantley, Camden, Charlton, Glynn, McIntosh, and Wayne.

The Southeast Branch works with roughly 78 agencies to distribute more than 2.2 million pounds of food a year to individuals and families who are experiencing food insecurity. This amount of food represents savings of more than $3.8 million in wholesale food costs. If we can pass these savings on to our partner agencies, they can provide more services in the communities they serve.

If you are interested in learning more about the Brunswick branch or would like a tour, please contact our Brunswick Branch Manager, Jennifer Floyd at 912-261-7979 or jfloyd@helpendhunger.org
